Our projects have spanned across the state of Alaska and we have completed numerous projects outside. We have offices in Fairbanks and Anchorage. Our staff possesses a wide range of certifications including but not limited to ABPA certification for backflow prevention testing and certification, confined space entry, OSHA 30, MSHA 48, asbestos abatement, certified burner technicians, structural and pipe welding certifications.

FEATURED PROJECTS
Carlson Center Improvements II
Phase II of the project was a renovation of one complete side of the Carlson Center building in Fairbanks, Alaska. The renovation included adding space for multi-purpose rooms, a presentation area, and space for event participants. The project required extensive demolition and making new connections to the existing waste, water and hydronic heating systems.
Northern Lights Housing II, III & IV
This multi-year phased project included plumbing, hydronic radiant and baseboard heating with controls for 176 new military family housing units on Fort Wainwright, Alaska.
North Pole High School Vocational Wing Renovation
The vocational wing renovation added three new vehicle lifts, a commercial-grade kitchen, sheet metal and welding shop and multi-purpose shop. Additionally, two second floor mechanical rooms went through complete renovation. The project was broken up into 4 phases and required work to continue during building occupancy. The project was completed successfully without interruption to the school staff or students.
